Local Priorities E Scooters / Bikes Message

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding E Scooters / Bikes, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

Last week your local neighbourhood policing PCSO's 8183 & 8134 held a street briefing in Carmarthen Town centre in company of the Police and Crime Commissioner, Dafydd Llewelyn.

This was a great opportunity to engage with the local community and discuss local concerns as well as raise awareness of 'Road Safety Week' which started on the 16th of November.

Tomorrow, Wednesday 19th of November. Officers will be in Merlins Walk shopping centre demonstrating what vehcile checks should be done to ensure it is safe to use and also be able to offer advise on E-Bikes and the legalities surrounding E-Scooters.
